L. , azienda leader specializzata nella produzione di ingredienti per gelateria e pasticceria, ricerca la figura di un/a: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR – RESPONSABILE AMMINISTRAZIONE Il Financial Accounting Supervisor sarà responsabile del coordinamento delle attività contabili e fiscali, garantendo la conformità alle normative vigenti. Il ruolo prevede la gestione del team contabile e ciclo paghe, il coordinamento delle chiusure periodiche e la predisposizione del bilancio annuale. Gestione delle chiusure mensili, trimestrali e annuali secondo i principi contabili US GAAP e le procedure della Capogruppo IFF. Redazione della reportistica US GAAP secondo le richieste corporate. Gestione della reportistica civilistica e coordinamento delle attività di revisione annuale, inclusa la riconciliazione tra US GAAP e GAAP locale. Collaborazione con il team fiscale per le dichiarazioni fiscali locali. Coordinamento delle richieste di audit interno ed esterno. Supporto durante ispezioni governative e verifiche fiscali. Partner del Country Manager e del leadership team locale per supporto su tematiche contabili e finanziarie. Coordinamento del payroll. Supporto ai processi end-to-end P2P (procure-to-pay) e O2C (order-to-cash), inclusa la gestione dei pagamenti bancari. Attenzione al controllo e all’etica aziendale Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini Titolo di revisore contabile o certificazioni come ACCA (preferibile) Esperienza in società di revisione contabile (preferibile) Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese e della lingua locale
