Head of Communication – Milan / RemoteWe are a technology‑driven organisation working at the intersection of AI, machine learning and geospatial intelligence . Through the integration of satellite imagery, mobility data and large‑scale spatial analytics, we support global actors in making informed decisions that strengthen sustainability, infrastructure and urban resilience.We are now seeking a Head of Communication to define and lead our communication strategy from the ground up — positioning our technology and mission in a clear, compelling way.About the RoleThis is a strategic leadership position with full ownership over communication vision, brand identity and public presence. You will transform complex technical work into accessible storytelling, shape messaging across all channels, and drive visibility in the geospatial and AI innovation space.You will collaborate closely with leadership — with full creative freedom.ResponsibilitiesBuild a long‑term communication & brand strategyCraft narratives around geospatial and AI‑driven innovationOwn content production (written, visual, multimedia)Manage social platforms with a focus on LinkedIn growth & engagementRun digital campaigns informed by analytics & performance metricsManage SEO, SEM and visibility initiativesCoordinate external suppliers, agencies & creativesOrganise and support participation in global events & conferencesProduce communication material for partners, media and stakeholdersWork cross‑functionally with business & technical teamsQualificationsMaster's degree in Communication, Marketing, Media or related discipline4–6+ years experience in strategic communication or brand leadershipStrong digital awareness — analytics, performance tracking, SEO/SEMProactive, independent and comfortable leading initiativesExperience coordinating campaigns, events or external suppliersPreferredFamiliarity with geospatial data, satellite imagery or mobility analyticsExperience in tech, innovation, sustainability or data‑driven sectorsAbility to align messaging across technical & commercial teamsWhat We OfferFull flexibility — including remote workingGlobal exposure and potential travel opportunitiesOwnership and influence in a high‑growth environmentCreative autonomy to shape brand identity and voiceProfessional development, training and long‑term growth opportunitiesA mission‑driven team working on AI, spatial intelligence & sustainabilityReady to lead communication strategy at a fast‑growing tech organisation?
