Are you passionate about Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and driving real change on the shop floor? We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help us improve how we work, eliminate waste, and build a strong culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.What You’ll Do- Partner with the Plant Director and Operations leaders to implement Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives- Lead cross-functional improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity- Analyze manufacturing and business processes to identify losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities- Design and implement TO-BE processes, engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels- Track CI project progress, KPIs, and results, providing clear reporting to management- Optimize factory layout and production flow to support efficient manufacturing- Deliver Lean/CI training, workshops, and coaching to teams- Act as a reference point for Green Belt colleagues, supporting ongoing CI projectsWhat We’re Looking For- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt is a plus)- Experience driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment- Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset- Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and work cross-functionally- Clear communicator, comfortable from shop floor to leadership levelWhy Join Us?- Make a visible impact on plant performance and operational excellence- Work closely with leadership on strategic, high-impact projects- Grow your CI expertise in a company that truly values continuous improvement- Be part of a culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and changeInterested?
