Are you passionate about Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and driving real change on the shop floor ? We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help us improve how we work, eliminate waste, and build a strong culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.What You'll Do Partner with the Plant Director and Operations leaders to implement Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives Lead cross-functional improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality, and productivityAnalyze manufacturing and business processes to identify losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunitiesDesign and implement TO-BE processes , engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels Track CI project progress, KPIs, and results, providing clear reporting to managementOptimize factory layout and production flow to support efficient manufacturing Deliver Lean/CI training, workshops, and coaching to teamsAct as a reference point for Green Belt colleagues , supporting ongoing CI projectsWhat We're Looking ForDegree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldLean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt is a plus) Experience driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindsetAbility to lead change, influence stakeholders, and work cross-functionallyClear communicator, comfortable from shop floor to leadership levelWhy Join Us?
