Descrizione dell’offerta lavorativa: Nel contesto di accoglienza, assistenza e gestione dei clienti e delle procedure di assistenza tecnica e del supporto alla risoluzione di problemi legati all'uso dei dispositvi Apple cerchiamo, per la sede di Napoli, un Service Desk Specialist che si occuperà di: Accogliere i clienti al Service Desk Gestire le code dei clienti (prenotati e non prenotati). Recepire le problematiche d'uso e funzionali portate dai clienti in assistenza. Gestire le pratiche di accettazione e registrazione del dispositivo/cliente. Comunicare con ai clienti lo stato della riparazione e eventuali problematiche relative ad essa o semplici aggiornamenti. Coordinarsi col personale tecnico di laboratorio e lo supporta nelle attività di diagnosi ove necessario. Essere il riferimento per il cliente in assistenza dello store di assegnazione. Aggiorna e gestisce le informazioni della scheda cliente e i documenti relativi. Il Professionista ideale presenta le seguenti caratteristiche: Almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza nella customer relation. Uso e interesse per i dispositivi Apple e dell’ecosistema. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office. Spiccate capacità di relazione e di gestione dello stress. Disponibilitò a turnazione. Precisione e attenzione alla gestione dei dati e delle informazioni. Teamworking. Proattività. Resilienza.
