Senior Product Manager - DACH Region Company: fiskaly Location: Austria, Germany, Italy or Spain Languages: English and German (C1). Other EU languages a plus. Experience: 3-4 years as Product Manager. Salary: EUR 61k - 81k/year (incl. variable). Employment type: Contract Seniority level: Mid-Senior Job Summary As a Senior PM, you will own key parts of the product roadmap at the intersection of Regulation, Technology, and Business , using AI to increase decision speed. Responsibilities Strategy & Roadmap Own vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy. Data‑driven prioritization with AI insights. Pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategy. Execution & Delivery Translate regulation into specifications, using AI drafting tools. Backlog management, applying AI for grooming and acceptance criteria. Ensure compliance and certification standards are met. Collaboration & Leadership Lead cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, sales, and compliance. Champion AI adoption within the product org. Mentor junior PMs and share best practices. Qualifications 3-4 years hands‑on Product Management experience. Domain knowledge in Fintech, RegTech, or compliance‑heavy SaaS. Active use of AI tools in daily work. Business acumen: understanding LTV, CAC, churn, and building business cases.
