Andrew designs network technology that brings people together, and as a Customer Experience Specialist you will directly impact customer experience by building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.Main DutiesTake ownership of customer inquiries and demonstrate initiative in resolving them via phone, chat, and emailAccurately and promptly enter purchase orders into ERP systemsProactively resolve any issues preventing order entry, working with customers and Sales to ensure clean, accurate purchase ordersManage orders effectively from receipt and acknowledgment to handling change requests, coordinating with internal teams and keeping customers informedPrioritize workload to meet tight deadlinesParticipate in business segment meetings and product training sessionsAttend sales meetings and communicate key updates, priorities, or issues as neededContribute to continuous improvement and process enhancement initiativesSupport the business with specific projects as assignedSkills & QualificationsFluency in English; additional languages a plusGood French knowledgeStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable collaborating across virtual, cross-functional teamsAble to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentMultitasker with the ability to work under pressureTeam player, eager to deliver results, learn, and share knowledgeProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and OutlookExperience with SAP, Business Objectives, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plusFamiliarity with Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Apps, or automation tools is advantageousWhy ANDREW?
