We share ideas and collaborate so that together, we can develop solutions that deliver enjoyable and sustainable living.Purchasing & SourcingPermanentWhat you will doPromote a collaborative relationship with key peers fostering standardisation of the European contractual setup including (Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Product Line & Operations).Design and implement strategies for sourcing of Logistics activities.Supplier Relationship Management: ensure proper governance in place by holding a strong commercial relationship with suppliers & stakeholders.Search alternative and innovative logistics solutions to improve efficiency, promote sustainability and customer satisfaction.Drive and promote continuous improvement actions by leading activities among the team, stakeholders, and suppliers.Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level.Plan, organize and drive the best sourcing activities and tenders.Manage KPI’s and ensure compliance to contracted terms both internally & externally.Provide market insight and relevant information to the organization.Actively contribution in meetings, projects and events to streamline and improve the European logistics network.Who you areBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, economics, or any related procurement studies.1 – 5 years of relevant and proven work experience in Procurement with a focus on warehouse and distribution.Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Ability to manage strategic suppliers, including relationship building, performance, development, and integration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Negotiation and interpersonal skills.Fluent English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.Where you’ll beYou will be based in Porcia in a modern office setting with more than 20 colleagues dedicated to Procurement Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance services across Europe.Benefits highlightsFlexible work hours/hybrid work environmentDiscounts on our award‑winning Electrolux products and servicesFamily friendly benefitsInsurance policy planExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career pathAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
