In this role you will define and drive the international clinical education and alignment strategy across regions, ensuring consistent, high-quality programs that support business priorities. You will lead cross-regional execution, build external partnerships, and align with Marketing to differentiate our portfolio and improve sales win rates. The position offers meaningful impact through clinical credibility and strategic collaboration in a global health tech environment. - Define and lead the international clinical education strategy across regions
- Develop and optimize clinical education programs addressing customer needs and evolving practices
- Coordinate regional clinical leaders for consistent international execution
- Monitor outcomes and leverage insights to improve adoption and engagement
- Establish and manage strategic third-party partnerships and content development
- Ensure partnerships comply with regulatory and ethical standards while delivering measurable value
- Collaborate with Marketing to align clinical inputs with go-to-market strategies and competitive messaging
- Translate market insights into clear clinical value propositions and updated battle cards
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D to integrate clinical insights into product positioning, roadmaps, and launches
- Provide regular updates to leadership on priorities, competition, and education performance
- Senior experience in the medical industry
- Experience in ultrasound and cardiology
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Valid driving license
- Experience interfacing with internal teams, external customers, and industry groups
- Professional English proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives
- Direct customer relationship experience
- Proven ability to communicate across a distributed workforce
