Tender and Proposal Manager – PininfarinaPininfarina is a leading global design company, founded in 1930 in Turin, Italy, with offices in Munich, Miami, and Shanghai. To strengthen our team, we are looking for aTender and Proposal Managerto be included in our Business Development team. The selected candidate will play a role in supporting the business development team, identifying and managing tender and competition opportunities aligned with the firm’s market positioning strategy. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIESStrong understanding of public procurement regulations (i.e. D.lgs. n. 36/2023) and private bidding procedures Managing and preparing administrative documentation related with public tender and legal obligation (i.e. ANAC, FVOE, DGUE,…) Researching and analyzing public tenders, invitations, and competitions in line with Pininfarina’s strategic objectives Assessing the technical and economic feasibility of participating in a given tender or competition Completing pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ / PQQ) and ensuring eligibility requirements are met Collecting and verifying all documentation required by tender procedures, including coordination with other economic operators (partners or consultants) involved in the bid Drafting tender documentation in close coordination with the Head of Sales and/or relevant design manager Monitoring deadlines and ensuring full compliance with the schedule set by the tendering authority Submitting complete proposal documentation according to the formats and timelines defined by the tender process Contributing to the development and maintenance of an internal archive of tender and prequalification documents REQUIREMENTSDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Economics, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within architectural or engineering firms, or companies managing complex bids Proven ability to manage the full tender process, from opportunity analysis to submission Strong understanding of public procurement regulations and private bidding procedures High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with tender platforms, document management tools and planning software (such as MS Project) is an advantage English fluency is mandatory (spoken and written) A strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools is highly valued SKILLSExcellent time management and prioritization abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive attitude and team-oriented approach Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Reliability and a high degree of autonomy in managing tasks and workflows Only applications that meet the above requirements will be considered.
