Per conto di un rinomato ristorante giapponese insignito di stella Michelin, situato nel cuore di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Pastry Chef, professionista dedicato alla creazione di dessert raffinati e innovativi, in grado di completare l’esperienza gastronomica con eleganza e precisione.La struttura, celebre per l’elevata qualità della sua proposta culinaria e per l’ambiente sofisticato e cosmopolita, desidera accogliere nel proprio team un talento creativo, dotato di tecnica impeccabile e sensibilità estetica.Profilo idealeIl/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato esperienza nella pasticceria di alta gamma, preferibilmente in ristoranti stellati o contesti di fine dining. Possiede una conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di pasticceria moderna e tradizionale, con capacità di innovare mantenendo standard elevati.Responsabilità principaliPreparazione e presentazione di dessert, dolci al piatto e piccola pasticceria in linea con lo stile del ristorante.Sviluppo di nuove proposte creative per menù degustazione e carta dei dolci.Selezione e utilizzo di materie prime di altissima qualità.Cura dell’impiattamento e attenzione ai dettagli estetici.Gestione della propria partita nel rispetto delle normative HACCP e dei protocolli di sicurezza alimentare.Collaborazione con lo Chef Executive e il team di cucina per garantire coerenza e armonia tra le portate.Sede di lavoroMilano – zona Corso Sempione.Orari e contrattoContratto full-time (40 ore settimanali).Turni distribuiti tra pranzo e cena.Due giorni di riposo settimanali.Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza e al profilo, con possibilità di crescita interna.Esperienza pregressa in pasticceria di fascia alta o ristoranti stellati.
