Umana S.p.A., filiale di Chiusi, cerca per ristorante di alto livello in zona Città della Pieve (PG) **un PASTRY CHEF, con esperienza nella mansione.**

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della cucina a completamento della brigata, occupandosi principalmente delle seguenti attività:

- Preparazione dolci da forno, lievitati e sfogliati (torte, pasticcini mignon, croissants);
- Preparazione dolci al cucchiaio (creme e semifreddi);
- Preparazione di biscotteria e pasticceria salata;
- Decorazione di torte e desserts;
- Gestione dell'attività nel laboratorio di pasticceria;
- Cura e pulisce le attrezzature e degli strumenti di lavoro.

Orario di lavoro: full time.
