All Jobs > IT Help Desk & Cybersecurity Compliance ManagerIT Help Desk & Cybersecurity Compliance ManagerMasterbilt Inc. is seeking a hands‑on IT Help Desk & Cybersecurity Compliance Manager to support day‑to‑day IT operations across all company locations while assisting with cybersecurity and CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts.This role is help desk‑focused, serving as the primary point of contact for employee IT support, new‑hire technology setup, system access, and ongoing maintenance. In addition, this position supports cybersecurity documentation, user compliance, and coordination with external IT providers to ensure Masterbilt remains compliant with CMMC Level 2 and government contract requirements.The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, troubleshooting technology, staying organized, and supporting a secure IT environment in a manufacturing setting.________________________________________Key Responsibilities________________________________________IT Help Desk & Employee Support (Primary Focus)Serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT support requests across all Masterbilt locationsSet up computers, accounts, and system access for new hires on their first dayPerform employee onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, including:Email and system accessMFA setupTroubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network access issuesCoordinate repairs, replacements, and updates for employee devicesManage operating system updates, patches, and routine maintenanceMaintain IT ticket tracking, prioritization, and resolutionMaintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle documentation________________________________________Cybersecurity & Compliance Support (Secondary Focus)Support CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800‑171 compliance effortsAssist with maintaining:System Security Plan (SSP)POA&MEvidence and documentation repositoriesEnforce security best practices for:Access controlMFA usageSupport employee cybersecurity training and annual compliance acknowledgmentsAssist with vendor coordination for cybersecurity tools (EDR, patching, logging, etc.)________________________________________Act as the internal liaison with outsourced IT providers and MSPsEscalate complex issues while tracking resolution and follow‑upEnsure IT and cybersecurity controls are implemented consistently across all sitesSupport audits, assessments, and documentation requests as needed________________________________________Documentation & GovernanceMaintain clear, organized IT and cybersecurity documentationAssist with policy updates related to:Acceptable useAccess managementData protectionEnsure IT processes align with company security and compliance standards________________________________________RequirementsQualificationsRequired2–5 years of experience in:IT Help Desk or IT SupportStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows systems and common business applicationsExperience setting up and supporting user accounts, computers, and peripheralsComfortable supporting multiple locations and remote usersStrong organization, communication, and follow‑throughPreferredExposure to cybersecurity frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800‑171, ISO, etc.)Experience working with managed IT service providersManufacturing, aerospace, or regulated environment experienceSecurity+, Network+, or similar certifications (not required)________________________________________Success in This Role Looks LikeEmployees receive timely, effective IT support across all locationsNew hires are fully set up and ready on Day OneIT systems are maintained, updated, and secureCybersecurity documentation and evidence remain organized and audit‑readyIT issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated clearly________________________________________Why Join Masterbilt Inc.High‑impact role supporting company‑wide operationsHands‑on work with real ownership and visibilityOpportunity to grow into deeper cybersecurity or IT leadership responsibilitiesSupport a growing aerospace and defense manufacturing organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
