Reporting to the Business Division , you will develop sales on italian market . Thanks to your network and experience, you are familiar with local players in the field of Industries. Your main tasks will be : Develop our offers to build the right sales strategy with high added value for our customers, Manage and develop your network and your business development activities , Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs, Conduct negotiations with our business leads or customers, identifying all the issues involved in the project with a view to signing the contract, Accompany the customer throughout project implementation , Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction. Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Business Development position on design and construction projects, you have strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation . Proactive, autonomous and organised , your strong interpersonal skills enable you to enjoy multicultural teamwork . Fluent in Italian and English , a good level in French would be a plus. International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings , we are mainly involved in turnkey construction , renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter , Critical Utilities , Industry & Cleanrooms , Wines, Spirits & Agri-Foods sectors. Through our 15 locations in France and abroad , our 550 employees are all driven by a common passion: design and build complex and varied projects with commitment and ingenuity , while integrating measures to limit our environmental footprint.
