Randstad Italia is seeking aD2C Logistics Operations Specialistfor a leading multinational in the consumer electronics industry (Mobile Experience sector) based inMilan .The Role You will oversee D2C logistics operations, monitoring 3PL providers daily to ensure business targets and service excellence.Key Responsibilities System Monitoring:Manage daily data flows between TMS/WMS to ensure seamless order processing. Ticketing & Support:Handle daily customer service claims and coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) for resolution. Reporting:Analyze order portfolios and partner performance using advanced Excel. Partner Management:Participate in weekly/monthly business reviews (MBR) to identify improvements. Operations & Projects:Support peak season/product launches and contribute to new business development projects.Requirements Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Experience:Minimum 2 years in similar roles, with a focus on Customer Care. Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency inExcel , PowerPoint, and Word. Languages:Fluent inEnglishandItalian. Soft Skills:Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and strong communication skills for vendor negotiation.Offer & Contract Contract:1-year fixed-term contract with the explicit goal of permanent stabilization. Salary:€30,000 – €34,000 (commensurate with experience). Environment:A dynamic, international, and tech-driven workplace at the forefront of e-commerce.
