Il Ruolo

La risorsa inserita si occuperà della supervisione delle operazioni logistiche D2C (Delivery to Customer), monitorando quotidianamente le attività dei 3PL (terze parti logistiche) per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business e l'eccellenza del servizio al cliente finale.

Principali Responsabilità

  • Monitoraggio Sistemi:
    Presidio quotidiano dei flussi informatici tra i vari tool (TMS/WMS) per prevenire anomalie e garantire la corretta gestione degli ordini.
  • Customer Service & Ticketing:
    Gestione quotidiana del sistema di ticketing e dei reclami, interfacciandosi con i fornitori di servizi logistici (LSP) per risolvere le problematiche dei clienti.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Analisi del portafoglio ordini tramite Excel e monitoraggio delle performance dei partner logistici.
  • LSP Management:
    Partecipazione a meeting settimanali e mensili (MBR) con i fornitori per analizzare i risultati e individuare aree di miglioramento.
  • Peak Season & Project Management:
    Supporto operativo durante i picchi stagionali e i lanci di prodotto (Flagship management), oltre alla partecipazione attiva a nuovi progetti di sviluppo business.

Requisiti Mandatori

  • Titolo di studio:
    Laurea Triennale o Magistrale.
  • Esperienza:
    Almeno 2 anni in ruoli simili, con un focus specifico su attività di Customer Care.
  • Competenze Tecniche:
    Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, con un livello avanzato di
    Excel
    , PowerPoint e Word.
  • Lingue:
    Conoscenza fluente della lingua
    Inglese
    (scritta e orale) e della lingua
    Italiana
    .

Requisiti Preferenziali e Soft Skills

  • Conoscenza di piattaforme TMS e logica "systems-thinking" per l'ottimizzazione dei processi.
  • Capacità analitiche e attitudine al problem solving in contesti multitasking.
  • Ottime doti comunicative, empatia e capacità di negoziazione con vettori e fornitori.
  • Proattività e apertura verso nuove idee e approcci creativi.
