La tua nuova azienda Il nostro cliente è una multinazionale che vanta una presenza commerciale in oltre 80 paesi ed è specializzata nella produzione e distribuzione di dispositivi medici innovativi, in particolare strumenti chirurgici. Il tuo nuovo ruolo La persona che stiamo cercando ricoprirà il ruolo di Regional Marketing Lead e sarà responsabile della definizione della strategia del go-to market e della gestione del ciclo di vita dei prodotti. Le principali responsabilità:Sviluppare e implementare il piano marketing regionale (Italy, UK, Nordics), in collaborazione con i team commerciali e marketing locali. Guidare l’esecuzione delle campagne globali, assicurando coerenza con l’identità del brand e monitorando le performance. Gestire e coltivare relazioni strategiche con KOL e stakeholder chiave per rafforzare la presenza del brand nel settore medico-scientifico. Pianificare e coordinare la partecipazione a congressi, eventi e iniziative scientifiche, assicurando visibilità al portafoglio prodotti e supportando le attività educazionali e promozionali. Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo Laurea in Marketing o in discipline scientifiche. Esperienza di 5–7 anni in ruoli di marketing o product management a livello locale o regionale nel settore farmaceutico o dei dispositivi medici (MedTech). Solida esperienza in marketing operativo, generazione della domanda, posizionamento prodotto, campagne marketing, relazioni con KOL e analisi competitiva. Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese, sia scritto che parlato. Capacità di guidare il cambiamento, lavorare in team inter-funzionali e in ambienti internazionali dinamici e complessi.
