Company Description See “Who we are” section in our Linkedin page Job Title CTO / COO Job Goals & Characteristics Bhave has launched a strategic repositioning initiative to reposition the Company Value Chain. A key component of this initiative will be the development of a market‑leading behavioural intelligence Platform. In addition, the number of intersecting projects ongoing in parallel within the Company and the matrix with Company professionals involved in delivering those projects is quite complex and needs to be monitored and readjusted on a constant basis. The selected Manager (CTO / COO) will have two distinct areas of responsibility. The first will be to co‑ideate, build and maintain the Bhave Platform, covering the end‑to‑end process from data strategy, to data acquisition and correlation, up to service delivery preparation and Agentic AI interactive and conversational delivery of the services. On the other side, He/She will supervise the best allocation of delivery resources across Company projects, ensuring quality of the services and maximizing Bhave marginality. Given the flat nature of Bhave’s organizational model the selected Manager won’t rely on hierarchical levers to accomplish his missions, but on personal credibility and natural leadership. Given the strategic nature of this role, he/she will be considered by the founding team as an “added co‑founder” of the Company, linked to the Company’s long‑term success and aligned to other founders’ interests through a set of proper incentives. Job accountabilities Co‑ideate, design, build and maintain Bhave Platform Manage the matrix of task assignments by delivery resources across the entire Company project portfolio Performance Evaluation Metrics (KPIs to be detailed) Bhave Platform functional richness and non‑functional performance Bhave Platform market acknowledgment of leading‑edge and differentiating nature Bhave Platform coverage of unmet market needs Efficient allocation of project delivery resources to ensure deadlines are respected, quality of delivery, and Bhave target marginality Soft Skills Accustomed to work in challenging environment with high degrees of innovation Accountability in the absence of specific given inputs or guidelines Self‑motivation & activation Attitude to engage with Company resources in a non‑hierarchical, highly motivational way #J-18808-Ljbffr
