Service & Product Manager – Shipping & FulfillmentAt MBE, we are seeking a Service & Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing & Product Senior Manager. This role is designed for a professional with a strong propensity for digital and technology-enabled solutions.Your primary focus will be the development, localization, and performance of Shipping & Fulfillment solutions and Digital products for the Italian market, ensuring effective adoption as a business lever toward country objectives and sustainable growth.Main ResponsibilitiesLead product development and localization for the Italian market, ensuring alignment between global product roadmap, Marketing, Sales and IT strategies.Own go-to-market strategy and execution, coordinating product launches, rollouts and adoption plans.Drive product adoption and performance, monitoring KPIs, sales results and usage metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.Act as product evangelist, delivering training, advanced support and enablement programs to retail managers, franchisees and entrepreneurs.Manage cross-functional and external stakeholders, working closely with Global teams, Sales, Marketing, IT, Learning & Development and external partners.Ensure accountability on product targets, monitoring performance versus Country objectives and driving corrective actions.Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis, dashboards and business cases related to product evolution and investments.Manage and develop a dedicated resource focused on inside sales and franchisee support within the shipping sector.Skills and QualificationsMaster’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration or similar fields.5+ years of experience in Product Management roles, preferably in digital, retail, franchising or service-based environments.Previous exposure to Sales or field-facing roles (e.g., retail, franchise network, B2B sales) is a plus.Proven experience in go-to-market execution, product launches and adoption acceleration.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs, interpret performance data and drive decisions based on insights.Solid project management skills and ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation and training skills, engaging senior stakeholders and network partners.Fluent in Italian and English.What We OfferGlobal Exposure: Join a rapidly expanding international group with a dynamic and multicultural environment.Employee Care & Social Impact: Paid leave for volunteering activities, comprehensive Global Parental Leave Policy.Professional Growth: Continuous training and development opportunities, full access to our dedicated eLearning platform.Work-Life Balance: Flexible hybrid work model (60% on-site / 40% remote).Comprehensive Benefits: Meal vouchers, Wellbeing Platform, Corporate Welfare Plan.Environment: Vibrant workplace with strong interaction with Global teams and focus on sustainable growth.About MBEMail Boxes Etc.
