Read all the details below and if it sounds like you, consider joining the team About the Role As Commercial Excellence Intern for New Cardiology (Interventional Cardiology) EMEA, you will be supporting both the Commercial Excellence and Process & Program teams in the daily execution and continuous improvement of key commercial processes. You will play a critical role in enabling effective use of business applications and providing analytical insights to guide strategic decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the region, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and adoption of tools, reporting, and programs that drive commercial performance and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will be: User support for end users of business applications (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) Create and update training materials (training guides and videos) Set up and train users across the organization for sales excellence programs and platforms Manage and further develop business systems and contribute to improvements in the sales processes Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support divisional decision-makers Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performances vs marketing and commercial strategies. Be part of performance review processes with EMEA & Country leaders, analyzing data and providing key insights for discussion. What do we look for in you: Preferred degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
