You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.Our Client- Global logistics and technology company- Operating in 100+ countries with strong investor backing- International, collaborative office environmentWhat We Are Looking For- Fluent Italian and English- Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business- 3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations- Hands-on experience working in Italy- Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving- Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environmentWhat’s in It for You- Salary range: 35.000 to 48.000 euros per year including a 10 percent annual bonus- 22 vacation days plus additional paid time off- Lunch compensation, health and life insurance, and pension contributions- Equity program and Employee Assistance ProgramYour Day to Day- Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions- Coordinate with carriers, trucking partners, warehouses, and customs- Support the team on KPIs, data accuracy, and operational quality- Improve procedures to increase efficiency- Lead operational onboarding for new clientsInterested?
