Jeenka is a digital innovation partner working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and artificial intelligence. Over the past years, we have supported brands and companies in building their digital presence through social media, content, and performance-driven communication. We are now launching anew, next-generation social model that combines human creativity with AI , designed to radically change how brands communicate on social channels. To lead this launch, we are opening a key entrepreneurial role. Role OverviewWe are looking for aHead of Growth Social & AIto lead the go-to-market and commercial growth of a new social media model powered by AI. This role is focused on: defining and scaling a revolutionary social offering, acquiring new clients, and positioning this model in the European market. This isnot a traditional agency role . It is aperformance-based partnershipfor someone who wants to build and scale a new category from the ground up. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered social solutions Identify and activate acquisition channels (brands, SMEs, innovation-driven companies) Structure offers, pricing, and commercial proposals for the new social model Drive new client acquisition and close deals directly Collaborate with creative and AI teams to ensure feasibility and quality Turn early projects into case studies and scalable commercial assets Contribute to positioning this model as a reference in next-generation social media Requirements Proven experience in growth, business development, or sales in social, digital, or tech-enabled environments Strong commercial mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability Ability to sell innovative, non-standard solutions Comfort working in lean, high-accountability settings Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus) Experience with performance-based or entrepreneurial roles Benefits Performance-based collaboration No fixed salary initially 15% success feeon gross margin from directly generated sales or partnerships Growth opportunity Opportunity to launch and scale a new social paradigm High visibility and direct access to decision-making Potential evolution into a long-term leadership role if the model scales Trial phase Initial3-month collaboration Clear performance expectations Full alignment review at the end of the period#J-18808-Ljbffr
