LoStudio is a rapidly expanding company operating in the field of professional services, payroll, accounting, and admin. They are building a rollup in this sector by consolidating existing firms and adding a digital layer to simplify internal processes. Today, they serve more than 200 active clients. After an initial validation phase, they are ready to open a new stage of growth and evolution by structuring complex and robust financial operations within an aggressive five-year M&A strategy aimed at firms currently on the market, with the goal of consolidating and making the sector more agile and profitable, which is now highly fragmented. For this reason, they are looking for a member of the founding team with managerial experience and an entrepreneurial attitude who can work with us to define and implement the long-term commercial and operational strategy. As a Co-Founder you will:Define the commercial strategy and principal growth models together with the team. Supervise marketing and sales activities, with particular attention to client acquisition and retention. Assist in preparing documentation for investors, pitches, and fundraising negotiations, working closely with the legal and financial teams. Contribute to the development of the brand and market positioning, with a special focus on the quality perceived by clients. What they offerA key role in a real company: not a start-up to invent from scratch, but a project already validated with clients, processes, and an established structure. Equity and decision-making autonomy in line with a founding, strategic role. An active client base, a proven technical team, and an environment ready to scale. A genuine financial-growth plan with regular, scheduled acquisitions over time. A solid, broad, and still under-digitalised market: every company needs to manage its staff and payroll. The opportunity to redesign an industry standard, generating real value for businesses, professionals, and employees. About youA solid background in finance, strategic consultancy, M&A, or managerial roles with business responsibility. Experience in scaling entrepreneurial projects or business units, with direct exposure to fundraising, acquisitions, integrations, and value creation. Familiarity with the main economic and financial indicators (P&L, margins, CAC, LTV, etc.) and the ability to work toward economic-sustainability goals. Natural leadership skills, vision, and an execution-oriented mindset. A problem-solving, builder mentality focused on both the short and the long term.
