Offerta Monitorare quotidianamente le performance del business online per le categorie di prodotto assegnate (MDA, SDA, AC), analizzando vendite, stock, trend e KPI commerciali. Gestire le attività operative e di performance sui marketplace, con un focus 80% Amazon e 20% retailer online quali Mediaworld e Unieuro . Effettuare riconciliazioni giornaliere, tracking di chargeback, note di debito e transazioni correlate, assicurando accuratezza e reporting puntuale. Supportare il team sales nella preparazione di documenti finanziari, nella verifica dei dati di transazione e nella risoluzione di eventuali discrepanze. Gestire e aggiornare i contenuti di prodotto (PDP), inclusa l'ottimizzazione di immagini, descrizioni e specifiche, garantendo coerenza del brand e compliance sui diversi canali online. Monitorare quotidianamente i prezzi dei prodotti e dei competitor, assicurando il corretto posizionamento competitivo e il rispetto della strategia di pricing. Mantenere e aggiornare database interni, assicurando la qualità dei dati per analisi, reporting e pianificazione strategica. Analizzare trend di mercato online, opportunità di crescita, ottimizzazione dell'assortimento e iniziative promozionali. Collaborare con i team marketing e category nelle attività di visibilità online, promozioni e lanci prodotto. Preparare report e analisi operative per supportare il processo decisionale e il miglioramento continuo delle performance del canale online. Competenze ed esperienza Laurea in discipline economiche, marketing o affini; Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese Esperienza di 1-3 anni (junior) o 3-5 anni (middle/senior) in ruoli e-commerce o marketplace management, preferibilmente in ambito consumer electronics o beni durevoli; Esperienza pregressa in ruoli e-commerce, online merchandising, marketplace management o sales operation. Spiccata capacità analitica e forte orientamento ai dati. Rapidità di esecuzione e capacità di rispettare scadenze strette. Attitudine al problem solving e precisione nelle attività amministrativo-finanziarie. Flessibilità, organizzazione e capacità di gestire più task contemporaneamente. Ottime capacità comunicative e propensione al lavoro in team. Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi e dei principali KPI e-commerce.
