They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to support supply chain finance, including both receivables and payables solutions. You’ll drive customer-centric supply chain finance solutions that are simple, seamless, scalable, and super slick to address capital challenges and needs that businesses face.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingOwning our supply chain finance feature, including payables and receivables solutionsManaging the full product lifecycle, from scoping to overseeing performance in the live environmentIdentifying market opportunities and defining product vision and strategyUnderstanding customer needs and pain points to gather product requirementsWorking with a cross-functional team of technical product owners, developers, designers, and operations managersCollaborating closely with credit risk, as well as 2nd and 3rd line teamsDriving brilliant outcomes for our customers through solid teamworkBeing responsible for delivering against a suite of customer-outcome and commercial KPIsWhat you'll need5+ years of experience in supply chain finance (ideally in more than one supply chain finance product across payables and receivables financing)Excellent knowledge of the EU and UK supply chain finance industry, including local market nuancesProven success in developing and bringing to market new products, ideally in supply chain financeA detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative mindsetExperience writing business requirements and working with development teams to translate this into live productsExceptional understanding of the end-to-end user journey for multiple supply chain finance products, from origination to ongoing managementTo be comfortable taking ownership and delivering ambitious goalsA passion for building new processes and challenging the status quoBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
