III)NTU Internationalis preparing a proposal for the project“Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.”In this context,NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior)to be mobilised on ashort-term, on-demand basisduring project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026).
