BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The BSP campus hosts 2 segregated facilities to serve the clients with development from pre‑clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and High Potent Oncology drugs and Non‑Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications. Facilities designed to handle small and large molecules as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), Peptides, Proteins, Oligonucleotides and Nano Medicines. BSP is technologically developed to meet the needs of innovators, with its High Containment Facility designed to offer a full range of integrated services aimed to support the entire life cycle of a product, from the formulation and process development/optimization, through scale up/scale down studies.PosizionePlan the supply of materials/components needed to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for delivery of materials from supplier to destination.Evaluate material requirements within the assumptions of the production plan.Management of orders and monitoring of deliveries.Create periodic reports and analysis in order to monitor delivery status.Manage risks to minimize the impact on the production schedule.Manage follow‑up actions in relation to shortages of materials impacting production.Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify possible areas for improvement.Use an MRP system (SAP) for materials procurement planning.Support Engineering, Production and Technology Transfer departments during BOM implementation with periodic BOM reviews and subsequent verification on the existence and availability of materials.Monitor inventory levels in accordance with agreed targets.Minimize material obsolescence.Plan batch release of incoming materials in accordance with the production plan.RequisitiMaster's degree in Management Engineering, Economics or equivalent.At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain roles and management of suppliers.Excellent knowledge of English language.Knowledge of IT systems and Office applications and software SAP, TrackWise, etc.Proficiency in the use of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) or similar system.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in team.Problem solving orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.Altre informazioniAt BSP we believe in an inclusive workplace that cultivates bold innovation through collaboration, and empowers our people to unleash their full potential.
