Part of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, the brand remains true to the values of its visionary Founder, Ermenegildo Zegna, who believed in creating world-class fabrics in harmony with both nature and local communities — a philosophy embodied by Oasi Zegna, the home of our values, which continues to guide everything we do at ZEGNA — from supporting our people to fostering a culture of growth, where craftsmanship and innovation are core elements of our learning processes and long-term growth strategy.Your role at ZEGNAAs Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist , based in Milan , you will bring your expertise in recruitment and people operations to the Human Resources team, helping us attract, engage, and retain top talent across our Europe store network.You’ll work closely with the HRBPs and hiring managers to shape a best-in-class candidate and employee experience while driving meaningful results for the business.You will also support the HR team in all administrative and back-office activities related to specific HR projects, including salary increases, commissions, secondments, and other people operations initiatives.Core responsibilitiesLead full life-cycle recruitment for Europe store network, from strategy and sourcing to selection and offer.Build and nurture talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach, ensuring a strong bench for current and future needs.Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights, improving fill rates, and enhancing the overall recruitment process.Oversee recruitment reporting, budgets, and compliance while leveraging KPIs to track performance and optimize results.Deliver LinkedIn best practice training and liaise with Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Department.Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, working with Admin department on the preparation of relevant documentation.Support HRBs and Admin department with tasks and documents preparation related to special projects, e.g., intercompany transfers, salary increases, performance management, exit interviews, incentive scheme ecc.Coordinate reference checks, background checks, and compensation alignment in partnership with HR referents.Support training, compliance initiatives, and special programs as needed.QualificationsAt least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment, ideally within a head hunting and/or recruitment agency with a focus on luxury retail or a related industry.Skilled in full-cycle recruitment, talent pooling, and HR processes, with strong organizational and project management abilities.Known for strong relationship-building and communication skills, thriving as a trusted partner to leaders and colleagues.Excel in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments where collaboration and results go hand in hand.Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and drives progress with minimal direction.Bring an energizing presence, inspiring and motivating those around you through positivity and enthusiasm.Additional informationLocation: MilanSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustry: Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry#J-18808-Ljbffr
