In today\'s evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments, and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.ResponsibilitiesLead customer journey (renewals, upselling, cross-selling)Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and renewal.Understand client goals and use cases to maximize value realization and product engagement.Collect, analyze, and share user feedback and data insights to support continuous product improvement.Collaborate closely with Product, Sales teams to align on client expectations and deliverables.Create and maintain documentation and reports on customer usage, outcomes, and KPIs.What we’re looking forMust-have:At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success/
