GRCteam è una società di consulenza specializzata in Governance, Risk & Compliance, che affianca le organizzazioni nella gestione della conformità normativa e della sicurezza delle informazioni.Facciamo parte del gruppo IMteam, che riunisce oltre 150 professionisti con competenze complementari per offrire alle aziende un partner tecnologico e consulenziale unico, in grado di accompagnarle nel percorso di trasformazione digitale.Entrare in GRCteam significa far parte di un ambiente in cui passione per l’innovazione, collaborazione e crescita professionale sono valori centrali, con percorsi strutturati di formazione e sviluppo pensati per valorizzare i talenti.Descrizione del ruolo:Per il potenziamento delle strutture operative e in linea con il percorso di crescita, GRCteam è alla ricerca di una/un Implementation Specialist da inserire nel team.La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con professionisti senior e team multidisciplinari, partecipando allo sviluppo di soluzioni basate su tecnologie Microsoft, attraverso un percorso di affiancamento e formazione continua.L’obiettivo è inserire una persona motivata a crescere professionalmente, che possa acquisire competenze tecniche e metodologiche fino a diventare autonoma nella gestione di progetti e attività evolutive.Responsabilità iniziali:Supporto allo sviluppo, gestione e integrazione dei dati all’interno delle soluzioni aziendaliCollaborazione nell’automazione di processi e flussi informativiAffiancamento ai team IT e business per l’analisi dei requisiti e delle esigenze informativePartecipazione alla realizzazione di dashboard, report e strumenti di analisiContributo alla documentazione tecnica e funzionale dei progettiInterfaccia coi clienti per incontri di formazione e di demoRequisiti fondamentali:Laurea (o percorso formativo) in ambito STEMInteresse concreto per il mondo data, analytics e automazioneConoscenze di base di database e strutture datiBuona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e degli strumenti collaborativi Office 365Predisposizione al lavoro in team e all’apprendimento continuoLe soft skills sono considerate fondamentali e includono:Affidabilità e senso di responsabilitàAttitudine collaborativaCapacità di organizzare il proprio lavoroCuriosità e spirito proattivoCompetenze gradite:Modalità di lavoro:Modalità di lavoro ibrida in un contesto di smart organizationPercorso di formazione e affiancamento strutturatoOpportunità di crescita professionaleContratto e inquadramento commisurati al profiloLaptop aziendale#J-18808-Ljbffr
