Title: Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Manager - BESS C&I Job Responsibilities:Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components. Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations. Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals. Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases. Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.What You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field. Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of battery storage integration, and energy management systems is preferred. Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.
