Valmont Solar | Convert Italia SpA, a global leader in solar tracker technology, is looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Communication Specialist to support execution across EMEA marketing activities.This role is designed to enable delivery: supporting content creation, digital communication, events, and media relations, while working closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager on priorities, messaging, and coordination.The position requires strong execution skills, digital fluency, and the ability to work across multiple countries, markets, and stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesSupport the creation and execution of LinkedIn content (copy adaptation, scheduling, basic analytics)Assist in drafting and editing marketing copy (news, posts, articles, newsletters, presentations)Leverage digital and AI-enabled workflows to streamline content production, localization, and approvals while ensuring brand consistency.Coordinate content uploads and asset management across shared collaboration platforms.Media & editorial supportSupport relationships with trade media, journalists, and editorial partnersAssist in preparing press releases, editorial articles, and media materialsCoordinate inputs, approvals, and follow‑ups with internal stakeholders and external mediaMaintain visibility on editorial calendars, deadlines, and publication opportunitiesEvents & exhibitionsSupport EMEA trade shows, conferences, and customer eventsAssist with event preparation (materials, presentations, invitations, coordination)Support on‑site activitiesCoordinate post‑event follow‑ups and content usage (presentations, photos, recap materials)Support the execution of email campaigns and newsletters (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar platforms)Manage lists, scheduling, and basic reportingSupport alignment between campaigns, events, and content planningCoordination & execution supportAct as an execution partner for the EMEA Marketing Manager across ongoing initiativesSupport cross‑country coordination to ensure consistency and timely deliveryHelp bring structure, order, and follow‑through across multiple parallel activitiesRequired skills & experience1+ years of experience in marketing, communication, or digital rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required); additional languages a plusPractical experience with:Content writing and editingBasic graphic tools (PowerPoint, InDesign; PDF editing)Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)Comfortable using AI tools to support efficiencyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksNice to haveExposure to or interest in infrastructure-driven, industrial, or energy B2B environmentsBasic exposure to digital marketing topics such as website SEO, analytics, or Google AdsAdditional requirementsAvailability to travel occasionally across EMEA for events and meetingsComfortable working in an international, matrix organizationProactive, reliable, and execution-oriented mindsetEmployment type: Fixed‑term contract through a staffing/employment agency.Valmont Solar | Convert Italia SpA is committed to diversity and inclusion.The search is open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77), and the data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 101/2018 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).#J-18808-Ljbffr
