Tale dipartimento è composto da un team di specialisti a cui sono affidati progetti di ingegneria e manutenzione di acquisizione dati di impianti energetici.In base al livello di seniority pregresso si occuperà di :Tenere i rapporti con gli operatori dei clienti, gestire un supporto tecnico di I livello sulle soluzioni installate negli impianti (da remoto)Analizzare le necessità tecniche, eventuali modifiche o miglioramenti ai sistemi software e SCADA segnalati dal clienteConfigurazione da remoto dei S.O. o delle piattaforme installateModifiche del sistema SCADA o software installati (I livello)In caso di criticità gestire l'incidente o la modifica con il II livello.PROFILOLaurea ad indirizzo informatico, tecnico o scientificoBuona conoscenza della lingua IngleseDisponibilità a reperibilità (1 sett / mese)COMPETENZE TECNICHEEsperienza o conoscenza su automazione, PLC e / o SCADALinguaggi di programmazione : C#, C++, Javascript, html5 / CSSS.O.
