The Chef de Partie reports to the Executive Sous Chef.As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following dutiesTo work as part of a team in a constructive manner that enables the hotel to achieve the objective of being a market leader in the luxury hotel sector To maintain a high standard of specified work in accordance with the Executive ChefBe responsible for checking the quality of all food production in the kitchen and maintaining the highest standard achievableEnsure adherence to the hotel’s Food Safety and Health & Safety policies at all timesPerform other duties as required by the department head from time to timeAs Chef de Partie, we expect from youGlobally-recognised culinary qualificationGood team leaderGood Motivator of staffThis job includes flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays3-5 years of hotel experience & supervisory experienceOur commitment to youLearning & Development.
