OverviewWe are looking for multiple Mechanical AIT Engineers on behalf of and in support to OHB Italy for their location in Milan, Italy. This position combines the role of the Mechanical Designer with the role of Mechanical AIT Operator for Satellite and/or Payload Integration within the AIT Unit.Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).ResponsibilitiesBe actively involved with the team in the definition of the Satellite and/or payload integration approach;Implement Satellite and/or Payload integration procedures;Collaborate with AIT Team on the Mechanical Integration of structure of NAOS SM, EM and PFM model;Collaborate with the AIT Team on the Mechanical Integration of the EM and flight units;Collaborate with the AIT Team on the Mechanical Integration of flight harness;Install thermal and mechanical sensors: thermocouples, thermistors, heaters and accelerometers;Define and implement MAIT processes and related documents;Handle Satellite and/or Payload and related MGSE, including use of cherry picker;Provide mechanical support during the Satellite and/or Payload Environmental Test Campaigns;Provide mechanical support during the Satellite Launch Campaigns.ATG is dedicated to diversity and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer.
