This individual will serve a key function providing the hands‑on technical contribution with specific focus on Geotechnical Site Assessment, due diligence work in the M&A sector and soil and groundwater investigation with emphasis on ground conditions assessment, producing technical specifications, plans, foundations and underground structures design and other geotechnical aspects of construction.In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner cross‑functionally on premier land development projects.Your key responsibilities will be:Organising and supervising Site InvestigationContributing to engineering risk assessments, technical documents, and calculationsContributing to the technical due diligence, soil risk assessment, and risk mitigation in accordance with the current design Standards, Codes of Practice, and best practiceAssisting a wide range of geotechnical design work, fully compliant with EurocodesAssisting in the preparation of expressions of interest and tenders, including cost estimatesDevelopment and technical assurance of design, including client’s presentations and reportsAbout youBachelor's degree in Engineering Geology or Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required, Master's degree strongly preferredA working knowledge of a range of geotechnical software, including Geo Studio suite (Slope/W, Seep/W) or similarSome working experience in a design environment is preferredExcellent English written and verbal communication skills;Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities;Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment;Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing.What we can offer youCommitment to your developmentLeaders guided by our Leadership PrinciplesA culture that welcomes you as the unique person you areInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projectsThe long‑term thinking of a foundation‑owned companyRamboll provides a rich array of programs and benefits to help its employees advance their careers and enhance the quality of their lives.
