Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroOur client is a fast-growing European company operating in the automotive aftermarket, specialized in the production and distribution of high-quality lubricants, antifreeze, AdBlue, and related products.As part of its strategic expansion in Italy—already established few years ago—we’re seeking aSALES MANAGER ITALYThe ideal candidate has around 7 / 10 years of solid experience in sales within the Lubricant’s sector and is motivated by a role offering a high degree of autonomy and full ownership of the Italian business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the existing revenueLead full commercial operations of the Italian market and further develop the local marketIdentify and establish contact with potential customers for the extensive portfolio of products (ideal customer for cross selling)Develop sales both for private-label customers and own brands on a Full-Truck Load (FTL) basisProvide feedback regarding products performance, competition, market trends, newest developments in the Italian marketRepresent the company in all major industry events taking place in ItalyConduct extensive reporting and being responsible for continuous updates to HQAdditional requirementsExcellent knowledge and established contacts in the Italian market on a FTL basisAbility to understand and evaluate competitiveness of the company’s portfolioOutstanding networking abilityFluency in EnglishWhat the company is offeringA dynamic environment of robust development (+30% 2025 vs 2024)Competitive remuneration package (fixed + MBO)Company car and mobile phoneFlexible working arrangementPlace of work: North of Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
