The company is a global leader in AI-driven biogas optimisation , combining advanced data analytics, microbiome intelligence, and digital tools to improve plant performance, stability, and efficiency.About the RoleThe Sales Manager – Italy will be responsible for developing and growing the company’s commercial presence in Italy, with a strong focus on biogas plants, farms with anaerobic digestion, EPCs, and industrial operators .This is a hands-on commercial role for a senior sales professional with deep knowledge of the Italian biogas ecosystem, established industry relationships, and the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDefine and execute the commercial strategy for the Italian market.Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across the biogas value chain.Present technical solutions clearly and effectively to plant owners, operators, developers, and EPCs.Deliver on-site and remote demonstrations of digital platforms, dashboards, and analytical tools.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing and follow-up.Market DevelopmentLeverage existing relationships to accelerate market entry and brand positioning.Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and proposing tailored solutions.Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, conferences, and site visits across Italy.
