Product Portfolio - Specialty PapersCoated One Side (C1S) PapersThermal PapersGreaseproof Papers/ Food packaging papers Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and growth.Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume goals set by management.Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities.✅ What You BringExperience: 5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry.Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Specialty Paper sales, ideally with C1S, Thermal, and Greaseproof papers.Language Skills: Fluent in English; Italian, French, or German is advantageous.Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.Independent & Remote Work: Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
