Per il nostro cliente, una startup innovativa che utilizza l’Intelligenza Artificiale per ottimizzare in tempo reale le campagne pubblicitarie su canali come Google, Meta, Amazon e TikTok, stiamo cercando una/un Product Manager .Sul cliente La piattaforma utilizza algoritmi di machine learning e modelli di Adaptive AI proprietari per l'ottimizzazione multicanale e full-funnel autonoma 24/7 delle campagne pubblicitarie ( Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok ).Informazioni sul ruolo L’azienda cliente si trova in una fase cruciale . Ha validato il prodotto, conquistato clienti nazionali e internazionali, e ora deve scalare . Per farlo servono persone che non si limitino a teorizzare: servono PM che disegnano la visione ma che sanno anche sporcarsi le mani nel backlog ogni giorno .Il ruolo unisce responsabilità strategiche a un'operatività quotidiana essenziale in una fase di startup.Le Tue Responsabilità Roadmap & DiscoveryDefinirai le priorità di sviluppo basandoti su feedback clienti e analisi competitorBacklog & User StoriesGestirai il backlog su Jira scrivendo user stories dettagliate con criteri di accettazione chiariDelivery ManagementOrganizzerai i task e coordinerai gli sprint garantendo requisiti chiari al team tecnicoBridge Tech-BusinessTradurrai le esigenze di mercato in specifiche tecniche fungendo da punto di contatto unico per gli stakeholderCustomer FacingSupporterai le demo di prodotto e raccoglierai feedback per migliorare l'algoritmoLa figura ideale è un/a Product Manager con 3-5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di prodotti digitali e con un backgorund AdTech / Media Agency (es.
