Responsibilities Managing the compliance control framework Ex‑ante and ex‑post verification of the suitability of internal procedures to ensure compliance with applicable rules with a specific focus on investment services Supporting the Company projects in relation to compliance topics Reporting to the process owners and corporate bodies Requirements University level degree in finance/economics, business administration or law Problem‑solving and analytical skillset Ability to drive topics and deliver results even under pressure and time constraints Team player Knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint above all) Good spoken and written English Successful track record of at least 3 years in Control Functions Nice to have Knowledge of the banking/financial regulatory framework Company profile Work place: Milan, Trieste Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Finance Industry Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
