Social network you want to login/join with:Techint Engineering & Construction, a leading international contractor, is seeking a Business Development Manager – Engineering and PMC Services for its Milan office to support its growth plans.This position reports to the BD Senior Manager.Main duties and responsibilities:Understand market trends based on projected clients’ needs and market driversSet and execute business development plans aligned with company strategyIdentify and develop quality opportunities with both existing and prospective customersManage relations with accounts, new clients, and potential partnersIdentify innovative approaches to increase market share and geographical footprintSupport strategic definitions and annual business planning processesPerform proposal management activities and assist in preparing proposals as requiredEssential requirements:Degree in a technical disciplineAt least 10 years’ experience in an international EPC, technical consulting, or energy companyProven track record of commercial successesAbility to analyze potential markets/clients and develop successful business development plansIn-depth knowledge of markets and customers in the Oil & Gas, Power, Energy Transition, and Industrial sectorsFluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plusInclude a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity under the 'Equal Opportunity Statement'.#J-18808-Ljbffr
