Key Responsibilities Data Governance & Quality: Implement and maintain data management standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems. Data Architecture & Migration: Support data migration projects and contribute to the development of scalable data architectures. Customer Journey Mapping: Design, monitor, and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and satisfaction across touchpoints. Analytics & Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for product and service improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with customer experience initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
