You will also represent our values of dedication quality trust and personal service.ResponsibilitiesConverting leads into the sale of tour packagesLiaising with customers and suppliers via phone email and live chat when requiredArranging all services according to clients needs and special interestsProviding first-class customer service and creating an unforgettable travel experienceOther relevant tasksRequired skills and experienceExcellent customer service and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of English both written and spokenSales experience is essentialAbility to work independently and show initiativeStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsMeticulousness thoroughness and a good eye for detailsAble to thrive both in a team environment and when working independentlyGood knowledge of tourist attractions and destinations in ItalySkilled at prioritizing tasks effectivelyExcellent computer literacyKnowledge of Italian is an advantage not mandatoryRelevant education and / or experience is an advantageThis is an onsite full-time position primarily Mondays to Fridays during regular office hours.
