Per un’azienda operante nella produzione di Principi Attivi Farmaceutici (API) , ricerchiamo un/una Operations Head . La figura avrà la responsabilità di guidare le attività operative assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di sicurezza, qualità, continuità produttiva, efficienza e compliance. Principali responsabilità Gestione e coordinamento delle Operations di sito (produzione, pianificazione operativa, performance e miglioramento continuo) Coordinamento e supervisione di iniziative di Operational Excellence (KPI, efficienza, riduzione scarti/deviazioni, standardizzazione) Coordinamento dell’area dei servizi tecnici , assicurando affidabilità impianti, piani manutentivi, gestione fermi e priorità tecniche Presidio e promozione della cultura EHS , assumendo la funzione di Delegato per la Sicurezza , con supervisione delle iniziative e dei piani di miglioramento in ambito sicurezza e ambiente Interfaccia con Supply Chain e Quality per garantire continuità produttiva e sviluppo del sito Leadership e sviluppo del team, con attenzione a formazione, organizzazione e responsabilizzazione Requisiti Esperienza consolidata in ruoli Operations/Manufacturing in contesti API /chimico-farmaceutici Conoscenza di ambienti regolati GMP e dei principali processi produttivi Capacità di gestione di stakeholder e team multidisciplinari; approccio strutturato e orientato ai risultati Costituisce titolo preferenziale la familiarità con tematiche EHS Nel processo di selezione, Pharma Point si impegna a garantire pari opportunità a tutti i candidati, indipendentemente da genere, età, orientamento sessuale, origine etnica, nazionalità, disabilità o appartenenza sindacale. #J-18808-Ljbffr
