CTP emphasises the highest standards of sustainability in its parks and has its entire portfolio certified to BREEAM sustainability standards.# Job Description:The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and timely month-end and year-end close processes. This role manages the accounting team, strengthens internal controls, partners cross-functionally, and supports audits and strategic initiatives.**Key Responsibilities and duties:*** Operational management of financial activities (recording daily bookkeeping data and preparing relevant accounting documents),* Preparation of trial balance and general ledger on a quarterly basis (IFRS and Italian GAAP),* Preparation and filing of the statutory annual accounts (in accordance with Italian GAAP),* Preparation of the local tax returns, computations, appendices and appropriate supporting schedules for CIT, MBT and NWT,* Preparation and filing of the annual and periodic VAT returns,* Review the IFRS reporting package on consolidated and company level,* Support of regular audits on group and company level,* Support Tax and Finance Due Diligence within transactions,* Support and set up “ad-hoc” financial projects.* Process and distribute incoming invoices* Settle and post cash transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.* Manage fixed asset accounting and related documentation.* Review invoice approvals and post incoming invoices/credit card transactions.* Prepare and organize weekly
