Senior Accounting Manager page is loaded## Senior Accounting Managerlocations: Milan Officetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 4 Days Agojob requisition id: JR190High-tech industrial-logistics parks, premium offices, modern residential housing - it's all CTP.The company's successful projects are backed by ambitious ideas and the courage to implement them, as well as a long-term commitment to doing top-quality work and being a pioneer in the industry.CTP builds, owns and manages innovative industrial and logistics parks using the latest technologies and materials, and adapts their spaces to their clients.CTP emphasises the highest standards of sustainability in its parks and has its entire portfolio certified to BREEAM sustainability standards.# Job Description:The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and timely month-end and year-end close processes.This role manages the accounting team, strengthens internal controls, partners cross-functionally, and supports audits and strategic initiatives.**Key Responsibilities and duties:*** Operational management of financial activities (recording daily bookkeeping data and preparing relevant accounting documents),* Preparation of trial balance and general ledger on a quarterly basis (IFRS and Italian GAAP),* Preparation and filing of the statutory annual accounts (in accordance with Italian GAAP),* Preparation of the local tax returns, computations, appendices and appropriate supporting schedules for CIT, MBT and NWT,* Preparation and filing of the annual and periodic VAT returns,* Review the IFRS reporting package on consolidated and company level,* Support of regular audits on group and company level,* Support Tax and Finance Due Diligence within transactions,* Support and set up "ad-hoc" financial projects.* Process and distribute incoming invoices* Settle and post cash transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.* Manage fixed asset accounting and related documentation.* Review invoice approvals and post incoming invoices/credit card transactions.* Prepare and organize weekly payment runs.* Process and book expense reimbursements and travel costs* Collaborate with headquarters and external suppliers for revenue accounting matters.* Work closely with external auditors and tax consultants.* Calculate and book loss allowances and individual adjustments.We offer: A job in a dynamic international company, leading developer on the real estate market in CEE.Meals provided in form of breakfast and lunches within the office.Contribution to the pension scheme or life insurance and for recreation of employee's children.Multisport card.Education encouraged (professional trainings, certificates).Apply and start your Career as a Parkmaker[](blob: / 1:23#J-*****-Ljbffr
