Your role is to understand their business needs, advise them on the right products, and help them get the most value from our ecosystem.This is a pure inbound role, focused on quality conversations, problem-solving, and long-term customer value.What You’ll Be DoingEngage with inbound leads from small business owners who are already interested in SumUpUnderstand merchant needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product suiteBuild trust through consultative, value-driven conversationsIdentify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell (POS, invoicing, payments, and more)Manage your pipeline and customer interactions in SalesforceCollaborate closely with Customer Support, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless merchant experienceYou’ll Be Great for This Role If You Have1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience (ideally phone-based)Previous experience in inbound sales or as an SDR handling warm leads is a strong plusFluency in Italian and EnglishStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetA target-driven attitude with a consultative approach to sellingCuriosity and motivation to grow your career in fintechBenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission – your performance drives your earningsJoin our growing Milan team in a modern, centrally located officeMeal vouchersGym pass to support your wellbeingA diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and heard€2,000 annual learning & development budget30-day sabbatical after 3 years at SumUpReferral bonus for helping us grow the teamAbout SumUpWe believe in the everyday hero.
