Investor Relations Specialist - Comunicazione Finanziaria (Quotate) Industree hub sta cercando un Investor Relations specialist free lance con cui stabilire una collaborazione a contratto. Il / La professionista che cerchiamo sarà inserito / a nel nostro staff e si occuperà di supportare le attività di Investor Relations e Comunicazione Finanziaria per una società quotata, con un focus cruciale sulla gestione degli adempimenti normativi. Cosa Cerchiamo :Esperienza Solida nelle attività di Investor Relations e Comunicazione Finanziaria per società quotate. Competenza Specifica nella Gestione SDIR : Essenziale la conoscenza e l'esperienza operativa con i Sistemi di Diffusione delle Informazioni Rilevanti (SDIR). Affidabilità e Reperibilità : Data la natura degli adempimenti SDIR, è richiesta la disponibilità a garantire la reperibilità per la gestione tempestiva delle comunicazioni obbligatorie, anche in orari non lavorativi (pur non prevedendo il contesto attuale situazioni di crisi o grande criticità).Attività Principali Il / La freelance sarà responsabile, in coordinamento con il team di Industree nell'area della comunicazione finanziaria :Gestione SDIR : Caricamento e certificazione dei comunicati, avvisi e documenti societari nel Sistema di Diffusione delle Informazioni Rilevanti per adempiere agli obblighi difiling, diffusione estorage. Consulenza e Pianificazione Strategica : Definizione degli obiettivi, contenuti e messaggi chiave di comunicazione finanziaria per il posizionamento sul target di riferimento. Comunicazione funzionale al Calendario Finanziario : Redazione e divulgazione di comunicati stampa finanziari in occasione di risultati periodici, bilancio e assemblee. Rapporti con i Media Italiani : Gestione delle relazioni con i media italiani, reda zione di comunicati non normativi e attività direcalle gestione passiva / reattiva delle richieste.Perché Collaborare con Industree Hub : Perche avrai la possibilità di collaborare a progetti innovativi e di ampio respiro, lavorando con brand di prestigio.
