We trust in the synergy of our talents to think, create and develop solutions for the world in which they would like to live, that's now the time for you to join us THE ACTIVITIES The Product Quality Assurance team is responsible for Quality Assurance and Customer Incident (CI) management activities, working in close collaboration with the ADG Quality Central functions, FEMT, BEMT, PQR and FQS teams in order to generate an effective quality governance. This position is mainly focused on embedded FLASH and PCM technologies, manufactured internally in ST fabs and also out-sourced in external foundries, and assembly sites. Main job responsibilities are: • Assure automotive microcontrollers product quality for ADG key customers • Guarantee appropriate answer to Customer Incidents (CI) thru Failure analysis activity, drive Problem Solving and evidence of action plans • providing timely and exhaustive analysis on CI's in respect to targets and efficiency and driving problem solving (root cause / effective corrective actions) • Define, and supervise execution, of the appropriate quality targets and plans based on customer complaints and expectation • Manage Crisis and Risk assessments with Customers • Support to customer visits during crisis and audits • Not Conformal Lot Management • Definition and execution of activities in order to be aligned with Automotive Zero Defect Strategy • Safe introduction of new products and new technologies in mass production Profile WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Semiconductor process knowledge in FE and BE technologies • Testing process knowledge • Team working attitude • Communication skill with customers • Flexibility • Problem solving skills • Failure Analysis techniques knowledge • emNVM knowledge WHY JOIN US *Flexible Work *Company Canteen *Enhanced Benefits (Medical, Dental, Optical) *In-house training & Development Plans *Smart Casual Dress Code *Yearly profit sharing (depending on company success) We put People First: at STMicroelectronics, we are proud to be an international company, proud to offer an open and connected work environment, and above all, proud of our team's diversity.
